She has started successful non-profits as well as salons and home contracting businesses. Her strength lays in design and will bring all those talents into making Salvage Goods something the public hasn't really seen yet. This is her Ikigai! (Japanese: 'a reason for being')

Rick grew up running to yard sales from a young age with his mom and grandmother. He has an affinity for picking and finding treasures. His background is in IT and Inventory management as well as in sales and marketing. He will most of the time be behind the scenes working on websites, inventory and advertising.

The apple does not fall far from the tree, Carl got his love for picking from his mom Heidi Markow. He brings a strong tireless work ethic to the team and has strengths in photography, researching and documenting items. Carl is one of Easton's finest and is proud to serve the city's police department.
