Vintage Dragonware Tea Cup and Saucer - Norcrest Japan - beautiful piece. In excellent vintage condition. There is a dip spot around the rim but I believe it’s supposed to be there. Not a chip but you can feel it if you slide your finger around the rim. Ships next day.
